CCCS-MD Founding Member

CCCS-MD was one of our founding members in March 1995.  Formerly known as Guidewell, CCCS-MD has been helping their clients to reach financial independence. They are currently utilizing the credit, housing, and student loan modules of our DMS software platform.

In early 2019 CPR upgraded CCCS-MD to the latest version of our platform.  We had a great run of 24 years and are looking forward to 24 more.

Below are some words from Trish Geddes, VP Operations, CCCS-MD:

SUCCESS! CCCSMD recently completed a system migration to the cloud followed very closely by an upgrade to DMS6.  The CCCSMD team worked closely with CCCSMDs’ IT provider to ensure a smooth transition in relation to firewalls, remote workers, system compatibility, user functionality, immediate support for conversion related items, identification of project scope and technical support needs.

These are merely a few examples of how the Team CPR remained dedicated to instilling confidence in the process and functionality of the system.  The entire CPR team was involved almost from the very beginning and their trainer, Chris Wood, was immediately available as a subject matter expert to guide us through using the new platform.  Ray, Robert, Rost, Todd, Veronica and Chris are fantastic to work with; emails and questions were quickly responded to with patience and a focus on building towards a successful transition.   Their support started in advance of actual integration with CPR team members walking CCCSMD through what needed to be done to start the process and they continued helping through each step beyond conversion.

Chris was and continues to be a tremendous source of support with her system functionality expertise and many years of agency experience – we could not have done it without her!

Thank you, CPR, for a job well done and for your continued vigilance in helping us move forward – love working with the entire team!
